- Information you give us — such as your name, email address, telephone number, company name and the contents of your message — when you email us, book a consultation, or otherwise get in touch.
- Basic technical information — our website host and email provider automatically process standard data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver and secure the service.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
Why we use it
We process your personal information to respond to your enquiry, to provide or quote on services you ask about, to perform any agreement with you, and to comply with our legal obligations. We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests, and/or the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, as permitted by POPIA.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf (for example, our website host and email provider), and where we are required to do so by law.
Information processed outside South Africa
Some of our service providers, including our website host, may store or process information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive a level of protection consistent with POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.

Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
